Chile Peeler Nation is New Mexico in a bag! If you love authentic Hatch green chile, this is a product you have to try.
The freeze-dried chile packs all the heat and flavor of fresh roasted green chile—I'd even argue it's better because it's so concentrated. The possibilities are endless. You can rehydrate it for recipes, crush it into seasonings, add it to burgers, eggs, pizza, soups, or just eat the peppers straight out of the bag like chips. They're incredibly crunchy and explode with bold New Mexico flavor that's better than any chip on the market.
As a lifelong New Mexican, this gets a 20 out of 10 from me. It's authentic, delicious, and unlike anything else I've tried. If you haven't tried Chile Peeler Nation yet, you're seriously missing out. And if you call yourself a true New Mexican, this belongs in your pantry!
Awesome product! A little pricey but the convenience is unbeatable. I love sending these to friends and family across the country who aren't able to buy green chile locally - no glass jars, and it ships for free! The product rehydrates quickly and wonderfully; they are super flavorful and the hot variety is actually HOT. I love that they are shelf stable up to a year, that they don't take up space in the fridge/freezer, and you can use just the amount you need at a time and have it ready in just a few minutes! Will buy these again!
Ordered online after tasting a sample at the Santa Fe Beer Festival. I live in California and my order arrived in 2 days! Can't wait to start cooking with these chiles!!
